This repurposed horse trailer was refurbished with such detail and care, that we almost felt guilty serving in it. It was both rustic and elegant; a real stunning bar display that would look amazing ANYWHERE. Her sleek black paint set against the amber Montana fields were so slick and en pointe. It was jaw dropping.
In terms of nerdy details and user friendliness, she did not disappoint there either. All the drawers, surface areas, and storage compartments were immaculate. The bar was set at the perfect service height and everything was easy to get to. The kegorator held the perfect temperature/pressure and the water supply was ample. They even had both a bluetooth speaker and a fan to cool us off!
To be honest, this lil’ bar was the talk of the event and we spent a considerable amount of time just answering questions and fielding booking requests while we served. In fact, shortly thereafter, we vowed that if we ever catered an outside event again, we wouldn’t go without her!”
